Intresting topics on computers?

I need to do an assignment about computers..which topic should I choose?

I'm planning to write about graphics card..the history of it and the present..

I personally think that memory expansion is interesting, considering that today all computers have more ram than most computers had hard drive space less than 20 years ago.

My first computer had 2 meg ram (upgraded) with a 40 meg hard drive that everyone swore I could never fill up.
