isnt there a store that lets you get on payments plans for computers so you dont have to pay it all upfront when you take it home. i need a laptop and fast but i only have 400 right now and the one im gonna get is 700. is it best buy,circuit city or what?

All major retailers offer payment plans (financing). They usually involve signing up for a credit card though.
