You do not necesarlly need two wireless cards, but you will need a wireless router.

Hook your dsl modem to the in port(wan) on the router, then run a cable from the router to the PC it is next to.

Setup your router, and then the other computer(the one with the wireless card) can connect to the internet.

Your going to need to buy a wireless router and an ethernet cord, and hook the wireless router up to the computer that currently has internet.

Instead of hooking your modem straight to your computer, you'll hook the internet modem into the wireless router, and then use the ethernet cord to hook the wireless router into the computer's ethernet port.

Once you've done that, you may have to call the AT%26T internet people and tell them your using a wireless router, and they'll probably ask you what your router's MAC address is. If you can't find your router's MAC address, just ask the AT%26T technician how to find it, and he'll walk you through it.
If you have a wireless card in your computer all you need do is get a wireless router that will hook up to the modem and both should work.
