I want to try and find out whats on my computers hardrive is there anyway can do that?

You can also see what's on your hard drive by going to Programs%26gt;Accessories%26gt;System Tools%26gt;System Information but it's a bit complicated in that you may not be able to understand a lot of it.

Go to my computer and then click on your main hard drive. It is most likely named C:\ or Local Disk. If you want to go into saved files, go to doccuments and settings. For programming files for a given application, go into program files. Everything else is more or less self explanitory.
yes either open windows explorer or go search files and type *.* as the file name and it will list all files on your Hard drive
Just click on the MY COMPUTER icon on your desk top.

Then ''double'' click on where it says HARD DISK DRIVES.

If you want to see what programs are installed on your computer, click PROGRAM FILES.
Lots of folders and files.

Your Programs asre listed when you click on Start %26gt;%26gt; Programs or C:\Program Files.

System files are in C:\Windows.

Your data is in C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name.
Everything is on your computer's hard drive. That is where all the information is stored. Just go into My Computer and click on the C:\ drive to acsess it.
in Windows : My Computer

in Mac : Macintosh

u can see it in those... in windows u have different drives (only if u made them durin format)
