Problem networking quickbooks between two vista computers.?

I have installed program on both computers, but it says I do not have ''permission to access'' the files from one computer to the other.

Any ideas? Would appreciate any help.

Permissions: Everyone Full Access

Result: You don't have permission to open this?!?!

Right click on the needed folders go to properties%26gt;sharing and than half way down click on share folder.
