Is there a website that tracks all zombie computers or estimates? Just wondering. =)

According to the FBI, back in June 2007 they initiated Operation Bot Roast. More than 1 million victimized computers were identified. In Nov 2007 they launched Bot Roast II. One can only conclude that there are now several million infected computers.

Botnet computers work exponentially which means one infected computer can infect many other computers. One becomes two, two becomes four, four becomes eight, etc. And each of those newly infected computers can then seek out even more to infect.

As far as a website to track all the zombies, not likely. If they can be tracked, they can be shut down. And that's not happening.
