Internet on Two Computers?

I have two computers can both of them be on the internet at once when i have a dial-up connection?

They can both dial up if you have 2 phone lines.

If both PC's have network cards, you can get a crossover cable and connect them, and do internet sharing. It's slow, though, because they are both sharing the dialup connection.

yes it can be done I done it once when I was in school by accident and later went back and figured it out.

just get a custom cable made for the com port that the modem is plugged into and from the plug that goes into a computer it has another wire that runs out to the other port of the computer.

if you are doing BBS around town you got to restart both computewrs at the same time and I guess the same would be about right for the internet too
Connect only one of the computers to the phone line and connect a crossover cable between the two computers' Ethernet (Network) ports. Sign into your internet connection on the first computer then run the Network Setup Wizard on both computers with the first computer connecting directly to the internet and the second computer connecting through the first computer - this will set them up automatically for networking and internet connection sharing.
