I read an article about someone being able to do this for there mother and I would like to do the same. She always calls me on the phone asking what is wrong with her computer, not being there I can't see the problem to help fix it. The program I am looking for, you can download it to both computers and I can watch her computer screen from my computer and tell what she is doing wrong. I could be able to fix it from mine or talk her through it easier. Can anyone help?

Yes, in fact if you both have XP it can be done with ''Remote Assistance''.
I use ''Go To My PC'' and PC Anywhere. There are lots of programs available that will let you do that.

you need a remote solution, you can download logmein, or go to my pc, trail version, or if you are running xp and your the administrator for your mom system,you can help her,throw xp remote desktop connection, click on start all programs accessories, communication, remote desktop connection, make sure you have administrative rights to your mom system.
