Need a program which will allow me to monitor network computers and more. Does anyone know af any? P

Okay.

We have 3 computers that need monitoring. 1 computer will be the server. Which allows to look at remote computers, view printer status, pause and resume printer status, send messages, log in as...., and log out, send nsapshots and logs to the server computer(mine) block access to programs, and create message when a user tries to attempt to do anything that is blocked. Does anyone know of a program? And program, near as what I explained. Doesnt need to be the exact description. But, please help. Just name programs.
