I'm a computer engineer, I have a Ph.D in computer science and a MBA in technology managment, plus 26 years of experience in computers...I got almost all the personal computers you can imagine.

I'm also a hardware designer (specialized in CPU design), OS programmer, real-time systems designer and owned a company making thousand of computers every month in Europ for 7 years before selling it to a big company and I was IBM technical manager for France for 2 years....

I may answer almost any questions related to computers, but I'm not sure I know everything....that field of competence is far too hughe !

Okay... I have a question. In my office I use a Dell Optiplex GX260 desktop computer. It is very slow. I was thinking about adding a little more memory. Is there an easy way to determine what kind of memory I have on the motherboard so that I will know what to buy?
