Reconnecting Access database server to client computers on a network?

Dear all, there are 4 client computers which were once connected to an Access database server through a network. However, when the server became old enough we can not connect latest computers to the server. Upgrading the server is not possible as it has very small space. Otherwise, how I could transfer 102 Megabyte Access database to a modern server without losing data entry forms?

Check your licencing, this may be you don't have enough for the number of licences you are allowed. To move the database you should only have to copy it entirely to the new machine. Unfortunately it does not scale well, I have found it becomes very slow and a bit unpredictable with more than 7 or 8 machines and fairly large amounts of data when run remotely.

L1, L2, and L3 cache refer to memory located on the CPU. All processors have it. It is used to store information that needs to be accessed very quickly. Processors only have a small amount of cache memory (most of the Core 2 Duo models have at most 4MB) so naturally, only the most critical information is stored in the cache while the rest is contained by the RAM.

nope, microwave oven have been around since 1947, when the first commercial microwave oven hit the market. So in sixty years no obvious deadly effects from microwave ovens. I am reluctant to give in to unfounded fears without some real proof.

Right mouse button click and say SHARE.... an example is to go to your printers on the control panel, and Right mouse button click and say SHARE. You can also do it to specific drives or drive folders if you want others to share with you.

Yes this is possible. You say your computers are already networked together. On any file or folder or hardware device(printer) that you would like to share, copy it over to your shared folder which you should see if you go into my computer, you should see ''Shared Documents'' if its not there then it will be under c:\documents and settings\your profile name\shared documents
Open up My Computer. Then, right click what you want to share. Go to Sharing and Security. Choose Share this folder. Name the share. Click OK.

On the other computers, Connect to a shared drive and browse for the share you just created.

You can do this for drives, printers, CD drives, etc. Just right click in My computer and do the same stuff.
